How is access to main roads? How will the commute in the morning or evening be? Is it safe for children to play outside? Is the neighborhood mostly young families with kids?

The Internet is a fantastic tool. We are at a technological age that makes it easy for homes to be shown cross town or cross country any time of the day or night.
