When my husband and I were ready to sell our first house and upgrade, we had some problems with our realtor. He didn’t really listen, and he didn’t always return our calls. For our next move a friend suggested we try My Hometown. We were amazed by the service and care. Everyone was very professional, patient, and someone was always there to answer our calls. Most of all they listened to us, respected our time and opinions. We actually had fun this time and it felt like I was working with a good friend. We could not have done better than working with My Hometown. I could not believe the attention to detail they provided. We had found a home we really liked that had everything we had hoped for. Our My Hometown realtor suggested we spend a little extra upfront for a peek at the sewer line running from the house to the street. Being very familiar with the neighborhood, the concern she had was with the trees in the front yard and the possibility the root system had caused damage to the line. Well, after viewing the video we discovered she was correct!  What a catch. The best part was our realtor was able to negotiate that the seller would fix the problem and we were still able to buy the home. I cannot thank you enough for helping us to avoid a costly repair and still being able to get the home we wanted.
